Was traveling eastbound on I84 in the Town of Patterson, Putman County, NY. I came around a curve and saw a New York State Police car on the side of the road with his emergency lights flashing. There was no one in front or behind him, he was sitting alone. I had enough time to slow down and pull o...ver a little before I passed him. 30 seconds later he was in my rear view, pulling me over and issued me a failure to move over ticket. Did not pull fully over to the left lane. This was the first time I have been pulled over in 25 years.
