I happen to work for Mr Palumbo, I unfortunately received a ticket that was going to consist of fines and points that my license could not handle. He happen to get it taken down to a parking violation with not one point on my license. You think of attorneys and you really would rather not work with t...hem but Mr Palumbo is a pure delight. I can't say enough about the efficiency and response of this firm. I was targeted in what I consider an unfair speed trap on the way to Killington and was going to be assessed 3 points on my otherwise clean record! Within 24 hours of my official contact I was emailed by Mr. Palumbo who explained the ...process and the very reasonable cost. The ticket was issued in January and the entire ordeal was over by mid March with a reduction in points and the expected court fine. The firm was responsive, efficient and delivered exactly what I required. I hope to never need them again, but would not hesitate to contact them in the furture if needed.

The attorney I spoke to was frank & forthcoming with exactly what he could do with my case. He predicted a favorable (if expensive a little) outcome which left my license free of points. Thankfully, the court gave the exact result which was predicted. My comments are that an honest assessment... of the likely outcome of a legal issue is the most valuable item an experienced lawyer could ever bring his/her client!!!!

Michael Palumbo was great in getting my cell phone ticket dismissed. I never had to go to court, never had to deal with the traffic offices or postponements. While getting the ticket was not good, it was a great decision to hire Michael Palumbo. I do not think I could have had the ticket dismissed ...otherwise.
