Excellent Professional Traffic Attorney
Mr. Palumbo's firm was able to convert what would have been an extremely punitive traffic fine to a charge with a much more reasonable penalty with no impact to my driving record and insurance premiums. He has an office full of very professional people who were an absolute joy to encounter. They ma...

Great Job...from 6 points to 0
I was a little/very hesitant in hiring a lawyer for my speeding ticket. I called a couple of lawyers in the area of Rhinebeck, and Michael personally called me later in the afternoon to introduce himself and make sure everything was explained to me. At that point, I decided to hire his firm. I...

Our office offers a lot of traffic related services in addition to defending and fighting speeding, moving violation, and auto crime cases. We also represent persons before the NYS DMV in administrative proceedings such as fatality hearings, medical reviews, and also offer a remediation service whereby we remediate driving records for one reason or another by reversing convictions. That was the service we provided this client. Without realizing the insurance ramifications, he mailed in a speeding ticket with a plea of "guilty," believing the fine would be the only economic implication. However, this recording of a guilty to speeding caused his insurances rates to skyrocket by thousands of dollars a year for a 3 year period. We commenced a special proceeding and vacated (erased) his plea of guilty, and re-plead him to a parking ticket that does not cause the same insurance increase. And there is NOTHING the insurance company can do about it, except refund him his previously paid insurance surcharge.

Speeding Ticket - Excellent Outcome
4 point, ~$400 ticket for doing 75 in a 55 on I-95 in Harrison, NY where the officer included an affidavit stating that I acknowledged that speed during the stop reduced to a zero point, $175 parking ticket. After paying Michael and the parking ticket, I estimate that I saved $500 versus the $400 ti...
