I contacted Mr. Palumbo the last minute in desperation (literally the day before my court appointment). My court date had come and I had been so busy with work that I forgot all about it until the day before. I was totally unprepared and decided to just go to court and accept whatever consequences wo...uld come out of it. As I thought more about the points, fees, surcharges, increased insurance rates, the missed day of work and possible license suspension I became overwhelmed with anxiety & mentioned it to a coworker.
