I got a ticket about a year ago in upstate NY for speeding. I tried to handle it on my own by pleading to a lesser charge. I wrote the ADA because I was from out of state and could not appear in court on the date due. I did nothing and found that my driving privileges were suspended due to non-payme...nt. Later, I got a response from the DMV stating that I needed to pay for a ticket but for a different charge. Frustrated and confused I contacted the Palumbo firm and they told me what they could do to help me. I visited the office while working and paid my fee to retain them, they also informed me that my license was suspended and needed to pay that also. I did so, and within a month a got a response that everything was resolved and reduced to a mere parking violation with no points and a fine. I want to thank the Mike and his staff for their work.
