Definitely this firm has the man power to be on top of things real fast. They are always available 24/7 and Micheal himself cald me back to confirm the good news that they managed to switch my speeding tiket to anything else rather than a speeding violation. So it went from a 6 point 85mil in 55zone ...speeding violation to a 2 point failure to obey a traffic control device. Since it's not considered a speeding violation I won't get my license revoked for a month in CT since I already had 3 speeding violations in CT. I contacted Mr. Palumbo the last minute in desperation (literally the day before my court appointment). My court date had come and I had been so busy with work that I forgot all about it until the day before. I was totally unprepared and decided to just go to court and accept whatever consequences wo...uld come out of it.
