Speeding tiket to 2 point failure to obey a traffic control device

Definitely this firm has the man power to be on top of things real fast. They are always available 24/7 and Micheal himself cald me back to confirm the good news that they managed to switch my speeding tiket to anything else rather than a speeding violation. So it went from a 6 point 85mil in 55zone ...speeding violation to a 2 point failure to obey a traffic control device. Since it's not considered a speeding violation I won't get my license revoked for a month in CT since I already had 3 speeding violations in CT. I drive to nyc and boston and back and forth a lot for work so it's a pain to avoid sometimes. I appreciate the help and effort put into this by Micheal and his team. Thanks

Electronic Device Ticket

I got a ticket from a police officer who thought i had an electronic device in my hand while driving. I hired Michael Palumbo. He was able to get the ticket thrown out, which means he won me the case and i did not have to pay the ticket or get any points on my license. Thank You.

Not the first time we have used Michael Palumbo and his firm

All I can say is that I was involved in retaining this firm six times and each result was beyond what I expected. This is a no-nonsense firm. You send your ticket, you have a consultation, you pay and you wait for your result. We are spoiled with these results and thank you for providing such excepti...onal service.

Amazing prompt & efficient service!

I contacted Mr. Palumbo the last minute in desperation (literally the day before my court appointment). My court date had come and I had been so busy with work that I forgot all about it until the day before. I was totally unprepared and decided to just go to court and accept whatever consequences wo...uld come out of it. As I thought more about the points, fees, surcharges, increased insurance rates, the missed day of work and possible license suspension I became overwhelmed with anxiety & mentioned it to a coworker. He said "fight it" and told me about Attach That Ticket. When I arrived home I immedialty contacted Attach That Ticket & spoke with Mr. Palumbo. I told him my situation, I emailed my info, he sent me papers, I sent a payment and he assured me I would be represented in court the next day, I would not have to be there and they would do their best to fight on my behalf. That was 1 year ago. The next day he informed me that they had my case adjourned for one year. What a relief, he had bought time for me and the other points I had would be expired by that time!! My new court date was a few days ago (one year later) and he informed that my case went to court and We Won!!! Another words, it is over and done, no points, fees, surcharges or any consequences. He was worth every penny!!! I hope I don't need him again but if I do I for sure won't wait until the last moment.

Performed beyond my expectations.

I ran into a state trooper who charged me with 16 points and a misdemeanor. The amount of charges I was facing put me in direct jeopardy of jail time, losing my driver’s license and losing my job/livelihood. I contacted Michael Palumbo’s office. They took down my information as well as all the... charges I was facing. I received a phone call from Michael personally within an hour. He got straight to the point, analyzed the situation I was in, and gave me an honest non-judgmental assessment. He gave me a price for his services, which I paid immediately. It was not cheap, but in the end it was worth every penny. My case was assigned to Elisa Claro who assigned John H. Hughs to represent me in court. John called me on the telephone and we had a nice discussion which made me feel much better about my situation. John was able to come to an agreement with the District Attorney prior to my court appearance. John was able to knock down all the charges to a parking ticket and a violation which was accompanied by a $500 fine. John interacted with the judge very professionally and got a result that was even better than what we had originally thought. I am beyond grateful to Michael Palumbo, Elisa Claro and John H. Hughs. They are a fantastic team that simply got the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking legal representation. This is exactly what a legal team is supposed to be; efficient, professional, accessible and competent. It is comforting to know that we have dedicated, passionate and ethical attorneys who obviously love their work and strive for excellence. I also give them kudos for being current with technological trends. They utilize phone apps and the internet extremely efficiently which saved me so much time and hassle. Just a fantastic experience from beginning to end.

People often want me to personally represent them from beginning to end, however practicing law as a corporate model is why we get the results we do for all of our clients. Now make no mistake the law firm is Palumbo & Associates, PC, I am the owner, and when you hire us you do hire me. I take full responsibility, both good and bad, for everything that goes on in my office. Nonetheless, there is no way I could bring the high quality service to our clients cost effectively if it were me personally doing every single evolution. Elisa is an employee with our law firm and John Hughes is Of Counsel. In addition to what our client stated here, there was a lot of "behind the scenes" our of court work done on his case by both Elisa and me. We pulled his driving history, interviewed him, and conferenced the matter pre-court date with the prosecutor to put the charges and case in proper perspective to get a good offer on the table. Then, we had John Hughes, a former Assistant District Attorney in that county who is well known and respected, make the court appearance to in essence convince the judge to approve the offer of reduction. Yes, when you retain our office you do get me. But, you also get the network of the team of employees and counsel that we have built to service your case and get the results you want.
