Michael P. knows the law and used it to my advantage. He got my case of a traffic violation dismissed. If he can't win the case--no one can! He documented everything for me, went to court for me and handled everything professionally for a fixed fee. I think he is worth every penny. I would use h...im again without a second thought!

Our young daughter had several traffic violations within the past 18 months she's driven. I turned to Mr. Palumbo immediately, knowing he would do his best to help her keep her license. He did just that....working with the courts to reduce, and in one case, remove all points. He is an excellent l...awyer who offers no-nonsense advice upfront. His fee is reasonable, considering court fines (he had one waived) & the impact a suspended license would have on employment. I recommend his practice without reservation!

Really great results! I was pulled over for taking a red light(I was turning right) and I didnt signal when I turned. The cop who was a sergent, gave me a total of 3 tickets. One for the light, one for the signal, and one because apparently my tint was too dark. (I had never been issued a ticket befo...re this for tint, this was new rochelle btw). Anyways, I paid a flat fee for all 3 tickets. There was a pre trial hearing, which I didn't have to go to. That same day I received an email saying that all three tickets were dismissed!!! thats it, case closed. He was worth every penny. NO fine. No points!! I didn't miss work. I highly recommend!!
