These guys are great!!! So far I've used them 3 times and 2 out of 3 times they got me off. The one time they didn't was understandable as it was a very difficult case, and the charges were almost impossible to dispute. But that being said, these guys are awesome, I am very happy, and would use th...em again (or hopefully - I won't need to, lol). I highly, highly recommend Michael Palumbo and his Firm.

I hired Palumbo & Associates to help with an upstate NY speeding ticket. They were able to reduce my ticket to a 2 point non-speeding violation. It was well worth the cost of the attorney as it saved me day(s) off from work and as it turned out I came down with the flu and had a real estate closing o...n my scheduled court date so i could not have attended (and no guarantee I would have been successful to reduce my violation). Michael J Palumbo is a top-notch lawyer who knows his way around the system and does excellent quality work for every client. I'm not proud to say that a year and one-half ago I had three speeding tickets and was in danger of having my license suspended. Between his accomplishing strategic postponeme...nts and dismissals and my efforts to control my "hot foot", I now have ZERO points on my license...trust--I never thought I'd see the day! His fees are very reasonable and he's worth every penny. Excellent attorney Mr. Palumbo and firm is. From lead attorney to staff everybody i spoke to was professional, polite & efficient. Without any action on my part other than paying a one time reasonable legal fee. My speeding ticket was dismissed. Resulting in no 6pts added to my license.
