I HIGHLY recommend Palumbo & Associates! I’m an attorney myself, but am unfamiliar with traffic court. When I received a traffic citation, I knew I’d need someone with expertise in the relevant laws and courts to help me fight the ticket. I was referred to Palumbo & Associates by another attorney in ...Westchester County. I could not be more impressed by the work that Michael Palumbo and Ron Ritz did for me! They got my speeding ticket reduced to a 0-point non-moving violation. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Bottom line, look no further than Mr. Palumbo if in need of assistance with a traffic violation. Without getting into too much privacy detail, all I will say is Mr. Palumbo accomplished what I thought was impossible. I was seeking delay of the inevitable “guilty”, as too not impact insurance rates …... well the inevitable will not occur, as my case was dismissed… talk about exceeding my expectations!!! I am never going to lose sleep again over a ticket….. If you continue your online search following reading my review, my thought is you will never find what you are looking for. Trust me on this.

I called to possibly hire this man and he called me back with an EXTREMELY horrible tone from the very first word he even said. Within the first 15 seconds of the phone call of me trying to explain what the situation was to see if his team would be able to help me so I could hire them - he completely... cut me off wouldn't let me speak at all literally stopped me mid sentence and said he's the one that's asking the questions need to reply with few words answers basically. His delivery and tone was just so stand offish and all around rude. He said his job was to get my fines reduced and since I could only say such vague answers i replied with "They are reduced" and then he completely cut me off and told me word for word in a very nasty sarcastic tone, "Then go pull out your credit card and go pay your fines." I was literally speechless. If he would have let me explain the situation when he would have understood what was going on. He claims he gives free legal advise but I didn't even ask for advice or even a question. My situation is a bit more complicated then most I'm going to assume so I was just trying to figure out if they specialized in that area and didn't even get the chance to. I had him on speaker with my two brothers in the car and we were all looking at each other in silent disbelief because no one understood why he was talking like that. It literally brought tears to my eyes because lawyers are supposed to HELP people. I’ve never once gone out of my way to write a bad review on anyone but The whole situation blew my mind and ruined my mood for the rest of the day. 10/10 don't recommend.

I was very satisfied with the services provided by Mr. Palumbo to resolve my case with a plea from the charge of a 2-point unsafe starting to the reduced charge of a 0-point parking ticket. I consulted with Mr. Palumbo via email about my case after his services were recommended to me by a family memb...er. I then hired him to assist me in resolving my ticket I received following an accident. He guided me throughout the entire process, and promptly answered any questions I had along the way. Since I was not able to appear in court on my court date, Mr. Palumbo would have sent out a member of his team to appear in court for me. I did not end up needing this convenient service after my ticket was reduced to a parking ticket. I also had to complete a defensive driving course to resolve my case. Mr. Palumbo graciously provided a link to a fully online course. This was great because I was able to complete the course at home and take breaks between sections. He made it so much easier for me considering this was the first time I received a ticket that could put points on my license. I was so relieved to not deal with points on my license and a huge uptick in my car insurance bill. I would recommend Mr. Palumbo's services to anyone!
