i reached out to M Polumbo's law firm for assistance with a ticket that would have cost me points, a fine, and a hefty insurance increase. He responded promptly. I gave hm all the information and he took care of it. i just received notice on 7/10/24 that the case has been closed. i have been found no...t guilty. The whole process did take a long time. I got a ticket with a potential 5 point penalty for just holding my cell phone on the dashboard (I was not actually using it). Palumbo and Associates managed the entire process smoothly (I didn't have to do anything) and delayed the hearing for almost one year. At the end of the day, after pleading "...Not Guilty", they were able at the hearing to get the ticket dismissed and I was found not guilty. I couldn't think about a better outcome.
