Communication was excellent and my speeding case was handled without flaw. Mr Palumbo also cleared up a clerical error that showed that I had been issued two violations when in fact there was only one. The final outcome of my case was better than I had expected. Had an out of state drivers license and received several moving violations since moving to the state of NY. From our first conversation, Mike was friendly, courteous, and absolutely clear about everything. He told me exactly what to do, which was extremely simple, and then handled everything efficiently and quickly, with excellent results. Any questions I had were answered instantly. In the end, my triple ...summons (9 points) was reduced to ZERO, with just a small fine. Mr. Palumbo answered or returned all phone calls made about the case. He was successful in dismissing the charges brought against me with one simple fee. He was upfront with the fee and the explained how he would handle the speeding charge. Mr. Palumbo kept me informed, but mostly through e-mail ...or U.S. mail. As a truck driver, I cannot check my email or my mailbox regularly. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the services rendered and well worth the money paid. As a truck driver, any violation hurts my ratings, so the ticket being dismissed helps tremendously. I would definitely recommend his service for anybody.
