I am so "Happy", the case was won! The ticket was a sham, just another speed trap. The police car was set/parked across the street and to the left sitting in waiting just like a lion waiting to pounce. The whole scene played out dozens of times during the month, the officer asking what, why, we whe...re doing in that part of town, since we were not members of the community.. I received a speeding ticket in Queens on 6/9/13 on the LIE near Springfield Blvd. I was clocked at 71 in a 50 which meant 6 points on my license if I pled or was found guilty in TVB court. I am a CDL driver. 6 points on your license is virtually a death kneel in the commercial driving industry, no...t to mention I would be on the drivers assement program for the next 3 years with the DMV which meant additional significant fees for 3 years in addition to the charge of the ticket itself . Ahhhhhhhhhh what a wonderful feeling reading that email.I was just hoping he was able to get it down to 20mph over the limit and 4 points but instead won the ticket completely.
