I was going 60 in a 40 mile zone. Got my ticket reduced from a 4 point speeding ticket to a 0 point parking ticket worth only $125. This would have saved me a whole lot more in insurance rates. They charge a fee for their services but I'm happy that the outcome and that I did not have to clear my sch...edule to attend court (he did all that). Palumbo's office always answered phone calls. He called me personally once when I first hired him to ask if I had any questions but I had not heard from him since then. The next time I heard from them was 1 month later when my ticket had been resolved. They could've called to keep me more in the loop during that time but I'm not complaining. I'm sure they have other clients and they did they're job as promised. If it had been a much longer time period I would've followed up on my own by calling them, I know they would've answered. Overall, very happy with his services.

Once you give him all the documents, he takes care of everything till the end of the case. All you may have to do in the end is pay some fines via mail. The only thing I thought he could have done better is that he could have kept me better informed. However, it is not a big issue as he gets everyth...ing done perfectly :)

I had a 80 in 55 ticket in Chazy town court which is around 400 miles from my base location. The ticket carried possibility of 4 points that I could not afford on my driving record. I found Michael on the internet after acquiring a speeding ticket while vacationing in NY for thanksgiving. I found Michael through the internet, was interested in his services after reading some of his blog. I called and spoke to him personally which was great because it's not really helpful when yo...u're calling long-distance and have to leave messages with receptionists. I liked the professional manner in which he handled the phone call, the confident tone in his voice and found him to be a great lawyer. He was very professional and answered the phone pretty much every time I called him. I was a bit skeptical at first, with the thought of highering someone in a different country (I live in Canada) but luckily it worked out. Michael walked me through the process and told me exactly what to expect and when to expect it. I did as told pretty much and although I didn't get 100% of my desired outcome (Doens't anyone wish it could all disappear with 0 points on your file? lol) it all happened as he said it would, when he said it would. The only little hiccup I ever had was that after I mailed my payment with documents of my offense, I emailed Michael and asked that he pleased emailed me back when he received it. This never happened and it was never acknowledged that the payment and documents had been received. Mind you, I gave Michael the benefit of the doubt with Christmas approaching and the holiday season. I figured he was too busy with other things and hopefully had a personal life to attend to. I did phone the office to confirm that this payment and documents had been received and was pleasantly surprised when the person on the other side of the phone was able to "pull up" my file and tell me where we were at. Even explained the steps that Michael had already taken in my case and the letters that he had already mailed on my behalf. Keep in mind that those days that I didn't hear back, the thought of having been scammed crossed my mind. Also that I never did follow up with a phone call after my email. I decided 2 or 3 emails were enough and the man knew what he had to do. My case proceeded normally as expected. I heard back from Michael when it was all resolved and again he walked me through the remainder of the procedure professional as always. Suggested alternate measures I could take to better my results and everything is as good as it could've been considering I did do what I was fined for. Bottom line of my review, Michael is an honorable lawyer, whom I would highly recommend. He is human (based on his human oversight), and very professional.
