Out of state driver ticketed in NY for hands-free violation. I knew I wanted to appeal, but had no idea where to start. Definitely worth the money

Got my 20mph over the limit ticket knocked down to a parking violation. I was on the fence because of the cost - but definitely worth it as now I don’t have any points on my license!

Resolved tickets.

My tickets were resolved in Mount Vernon City Court with a plea from the charge of Unsafe Passing (3 points) to the reduced charge of a 0-points violation of Leaving a Vehicle Unattended. The second ticket for the Tint The violation was dismissed. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
