I received a 82 in a 65 on the thruway on my way to pick up my son from college. I emailed Mike when I returned late Friday night and received a call from Mike on Saturday morning. I was really not expecting such a quick response. I discussed my case with him, we emailed a few documents to each other... and his team took care of the rest.
