I contacted Palumbo and Associates after receiving a 'speeding' ticket on the Henry Hudson in NYC in December 2018. Michael and his office kept me updated on rescheduled court dates, and handled all communication with the courts during COVID-19. I am very happy to say my ticket was dismissed in Jun...e 2021. I was driving in one lane using my gps for location assistance. I understood the gps direction but when I saw the highway sign it didn't seem to match the direction in the gps so I had a split second to decide whether to go left or right of a fork in the road. I then decided my direction which requir...ed me to cross the lane but the lane was the white section with lines painted across it. I looked to make sure there was enough distance between cars in order for me to safely pass as I usually do before crossing lanes. I saw there was enough space and safely crossed. Cops I suppose were there at the middle of cross section and called it traffic violation. I hired Michael J. Palumbo to fight this case and paid $600 bucks on maybe 2019 based on my consultation. Yesss a lot of money but TOTALLY worth it to see that 2021 the case was found to be thrown out and they fought it for me. I did absolutely nothing Michael J. Palumbo did all the foot and leg work. They stepped in and took care of the entire case and for that I can't be grateful enough. P.s. My background history I have a clean record before this and driving history of about 10-15yrs
