Only helps you to get a Payment plan paying 2,500 for no reason just to tell me the same thing that THE MTA EZPASS WILL HELP WITH DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM HE DISRESPECTFUL LOVES YELLING AT YOU ON THE PHONE BECAUSE HE HAS SO muchhhh CLIENTS . No respect cancel this man I don’t recommend no help...
I was fully expecting this review. She hired us in a panic after her vehicle registration was suspended for failing to pay tolls for years and racking up $4,186.00 in unpaid tolls and $40,200.00 in violations. I negotiated the violations down to $8,040.00 and got her on a payment plan. After I wrapped up the case and sent her the closing information, including how to execute payment on the payment plan, she claimed "I already knew that..." Ergo, if you already negotiated the deal yourself, why did you hire me to do it? She then wanted her money back after I completed the work. She wants me cancelled, but it's clients like this that should be cancelled.

Had No time
He Had no time to do my case but took my $1750 a hour later he said that's a lot of work what a smack in the face you could of said that before you took the money that was a smack in the face like money grows on trees....
I am a lawyer, not a dishwasher. You did not pay me for the hour you claim it took me to work on your matter, but the 26 years it took me in training and experience to know what to do and how to advise you on issues of which you did not have a clue as to what to do. The content of the contract you signed was as follows: "You are retaining our office for the limited purpose of researching for you with the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles your present driving history, and consulting you on the entirety of your driving history and providing you with a resolution strategy to potentially obtain / renew driving privileges in NY State. This service includes our office obtaining from the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles your NYS driving abstract and / or lifetime driving history. Also provide us with a copy of your driver’s license and / or NYS ID Card or out of state license or ID Card. For this service you have agreed to pay a flat fee of $1,750.00. By signature below, I acknowledge that the work under this contract is complete upon the law firm providing me with a consultation as to what, if anything, I can to do sanitize my driving history which would lead to getting my NYS driver’s license or driving privilege restored, or otherwise having my NYS driver’s license or driving privilege suspension or revocation lifted. I specifically acknowledge and understand that I am not paying for a favorable consultation, but a consultation. In other words, I acknowledge that the news the law firm gives me may not be good news, and that there may be nothing I can do to re-obtain driving privileges, be it either economically infeasible to try or otherwise unachievable due to the nature of my driving history. This letter contains our entire agreement. There are no separate or side agreements or oral agreements. Any supplementation or alteration of this agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties." Our law firm fulfilled its obligation to you 100% under the contract. Your negative review is not a reflection of the work we did, but a reflection of your lack of character and attitude of entitlement. You should be ashamed of yourself. Honest, Albeit, very very RUDE.
Was initially interested in hiring this guy to represent me in an unpaid/collections toll settlement dispute, but upon hearing a few of my personal details, (most striking being how we can't afford the retainer fee), he began to erratically rattle off reasons why a 'healthy young man should have a jo...
It's not that he could not afford the retainer fee, he could not afford ANYTHING. He called us knowing that he could not afford to pay anything. Nonetheless, when he told me that he was 33 and not working, and had not been working, we started to discuss job prospects. At the time he seemed like an okay guy we were just talking. I told him that all the retail stores were hiring, and that he would have better job opportunities in the STEM fields instead of in entertainment where he used to work. I did not shout at him or berate him we were talking. It's apparent that is just angry that he could not hustle me into solving his LAWSUIT at no cost. It is just a tremendous sense of entitlement to call a professional service provider and think that they should work for you, a total stranger, at no cost. This is a business, not a charity. And instead of seeking employment, this guy sits around and tries to trash me online. If he put as much effort into seeking gainful employment that he does making false allegations against me, he would not be broke and looking for handouts.

Extremely rude.
I called to possibly hire this man and he called me back with an EXTREMELY horrible tone from the very first word he even said. Within the first 15 seconds of the phone call of me trying to explain what the situation was to see if his team would be able to help me so I could hire them - he completely...
You can have your own opinion but not your own facts. When we were on the phone you you wanted to go on ad nauseam about how your situation was different and special. I explained to you that the facts you stated were not relevant at this time, there was nothing I can do with them, and that there is a way to reduce what you owe and get you on a payment plan so that your vehicle registration does not get suspended. I then tried to ask brief, pointed questions to get to the nature of the arrearages so that I could give you advice on what to do, what we do, and how we can help you. You ignored that and just kept on with your tale-of-woe so yes at that point I cut you off, and I'd do it again. I am happy to give a FREE consultation, but that does not mean that you get unlimited time to discuss anything that you want. I am a professional and know what is relevant and what is not, what is doable and what is not, and you simply failed to respect that. You then told me that you would find another lawyer to represent you and, finding none, you called me back. We then discussed your case and I gave you a price to get the work done. You then asked if I could give you a payment plan, and when I explained that if I did the work and you owed me money i would have loaned you money, and I don't loan clients money, you stated that other lawyers do it that way. I explained to you that in other practice areas you could do work in stages so the lawyer doesn't get behind in payment, but with this I do all of the work at once and if I am not paid in full I have just become an unsecured creditor. That I did not trust a total stranger that he would pay me back seemed to have upset you for some reason. I then told you that for half of my price, I could consult you on how to represent yourself, but you again needed a payment plan to afford that. I then asked of you could afford half of that, essentially 25% of my full price, and you said that you could. I explained that for that price I could advise you on what to do to prevent the DMV from suspending your registration, thereby buying you 4 - 6 months where you could still drive, work, and save money and, when you came up with the other half you could hire me to give you the consultation and tutorial on how to reduce your fines and get on a payment plan. You stated that you were going to send me your e-mail for the initial service of consulting you on delaying your registration suspension so that I could send you a payment link and contract to do the work, but you never sent me your e-mail. It's obvious to me that you had no intention of dealing with me in good faith and thought that you were either going to ear hustle me into telling you how to fix this yourself, or hustle me into doing the work with only your verbal promise to pay. I am 100% confident that I would have never gotten paid if I were dumb enough to agree to trust your word that you would pay me back. I do tremendous work for all of my clients. However, anyone reading this does not have to take my word for it. I have page after page after page of positive reviews - HUNDREDS in fact. Don't take this fake review's word for anything. Retainer
Don't pay the $1500 retainer he pushes on you from the beginning!! Ask for "Free"consultation instead. I paid the $1500 and then he came up with astronomically high fees to go to court that I couldn't afford. So now I'm out of my $1500. Go somewhere else!!
Peter, this is a very dishonest review. I did not push anything on you, and you know it. I have all of our communications starting in August 14, 2020 when you first called me belly aching that you could not get your license reinstated because of your numerous DWI arrests and convictions, which started in 1998 and continued through 2016 when the State of New York had enough of you and permanently revoked your license. I told you in 2020 that I had to do a detailed investigation and analysis of your driving history and consult you on what could be done to vacate enough convictions to sanitize what turns out to be a horrific conviction record so that you can re-apply with a conviction history that allows the DMV to re-issue your license. Doing that investigation and analysis, and giving you the consultation is WORK Peter, and clearly you have no respect for anyone's skill or time. I first sent you the retainer to do the work in 2020, you didn't hire me, and I forgot all about you. You then called again in October of 2021 and I had to listen to yet another stream of consciousness as to why your bad choices were everyone else's fault, and told you again that I could not consult and advise you as to what could be done unless you hired me to do the work, and again sent you the retainer. You again did not hire me in 2021, and in August of 2022 called for a 3rd time. With that call, I gave you a 3rd free consultation, but as I told you that time and the two previous times, there is no way I could answer questions specific to your case without you hiring me to do the research and analysis. This time the light bulb must have went off in your grey matter, because you hired us. You did so by signing a contract which had the following content: "You are retaining our office for the limited purpose of researching for you with the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles your present driving history, and consulting you on the entirety of your driving history and providing you with a resolution strategy to potentially obtain / renew driving privileges in NY State, and to also advise you of how many points currently reflect on your NYS abstract. This service includes our office obtaining from the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles your NYS driving abstract and / or lifetime driving history. Also provide us with a copy of your driver’s license and / or NYS ID Card or out of state license or ID Card. For this service you have agreed to pay a flat fee of $1,500.00." Peter, I could not have been more transparent, and you SIGNED that contract. If you did not want us to do the work, you should not have hired us to do the work. Within 24 hours I had reviewed your driving history, and given you a detailed analysis of the facts of your driving history and how the rules and regulations applied to your rather lengthy conviction history, and advised you on what you needed to do to vacate enough convictions so that you could re-apply to get your license reinstated. I gave this consultation to you professionally in the form of a memorandum of law and answered any remaining questions you had. I also gave you my price for doing the numerous proceedings that you would have need to have done and yes, they are expensive because they take a professional lifetime of skill, knowledge, and know how to do, and I am very successful at doing them. Numerous clients have gotten their licenses reinstated due to my efforts, and my fees, while expensive, are more then fair. However as I also told you, you could take my written analysis to other lawyers and you would find price quotes from those lawyers for more and less then what I quoted. After I completed 100% of the work you did hire me to do, you had the gall to asked for your money back. I only wish I had a crystal ball to ensure that I avoid clients like you. Dealing with you is like trying to teach a pigeon how to play chess - no matter what you do they are going to just knock over the pieces and crap all over the board.
