I was involved in a rush hour traffic fender bender and got a ticket for ‘following too closely’. I was going to plead guilty and be done with it until I found out it was a four point moving violation. My first contact with Michael J Palumbo’s firm was via a phone call. They explained to me the serio...usness of the violation, what they could do to assist in my defense and the possible outcomes if I hired them to handle the case. They sounded knowable & confident. I was concerned because the deadline to plead not guilty which was only two days away. I was reassured they would handle everything I would not even have to show up for the court date. It was suggest I take an on-line defensive driving course so they could show the judge I was trying to improve my driving skills. I sent a check for their fees, filled out the forms giving them power of attorney and hoped for the best. My only complaint was the lack of communication from this point on. I had to initiate any communication and a status report once in a while would have been reassuring. However they deliver as promised. The four point moving violation was reduced to a parking ticket. Cost $495 attorney fees, $175 fine, no points. I would certainly user the law firm of Michael J Palumbo again.

I was going 60 in a 40 mile zone. Got my ticket reduced from a 4 point speeding ticket to a 0 point parking ticket worth only $125. This would have saved me a whole lot more in insurance rates. They charge a fee for their services but I'm happy that the outcome and that I did not have to clear my sch...edule to attend court (he did all that). Palumbo's office always answered phone calls. He called me personally once when I first hired him to ask if I had any questions but I had not heard from him since then. The next time I heard from them was 1 month later when my ticket had been resolved. They could've called to keep me more in the loop during that time but I'm not complaining. I'm sure they have other clients and they did they're job as promised. If it had been a much longer time period I would've followed up on my own by calling them, I know they would've answered. Overall, very happy with his services.

When I first contacted Michael he said he would handle everything. I was facing a hefty fine and points. He said I wouldnt have to appear in court, nothing. He was a man of his word. He did a fantastic job. He is professional, courteous, and most importantly on point! He took care of verything ...and kept me in the loop as we went. Thanks Michael!

Communication was excellent and my speeding case was handled without flaw. Mr Palumbo also cleared up a clerical error that showed that I had been issued two violations when in fact there was only one. The final outcome of my case was better than I had expected. His fee was very reasonable and I w...ould not think twice about hiring him or referring him in the future.
