don't even have to go to court he did for me and explain the situation the judge and I I get zero points deduction on my driver license he is the best lawyer ever thank you .

Still in shock!

Mr. Palumbo & his team are top of the line. Two summers ago I unfortunately was caught in a New York City speed trap, going 67 on a 25. This was good for 11 points and a suspension of my license under the rules of the NYC TVB. Yikes. Obviously I needed the help of a top lawyer, and after thorough re...search I decided to commit to Mr. Palumbo, and boy am I glad that I did! Somehow, someway, he was able to get my entire ticket dismissed.. completely! Thank you so much Mr. Palumbo & Co. for your hard work! Really saved me a bunch of time, money, and stress. THANKS AGAIN!

Professional and helpful

I had two tickets while driving in NY state, one speeding and one move over ticket. While I work in MA, it would be a pain if I go to the courts and handle the tickets myself. Michael's service is so great that I don't need to do anything after submitting all the materials. The speeding ticket finall...y got changed to a parking ticket and the move over ticket was dismissed. It did cost more than average lawyers where you need to go to the court yourself, but it would be a great choice for busy people like me.

I fully appreciate this review, however I would like to point something out. The reviewer said that we costed more than "average" lawyers. This is not true. It's not true because there is no such thing as an "average" lawyer. When you hire a lawyer you always want to look for 2 things: (1) a lawyer that specializes in what you need, and (2) a lawyer that charges a healthy fee. This is because by specializing the lawyer's reputation resides in that practice area. Which in turn makes you their most important client. With a generalist or someone who just does traffic ticket defense as a side practice, you are their least important client. Everything else that lawyer does comes before you and your case. You never want to be your lawyer's least important client. You want a lawyer that charges a healthy fee because that tells you that the lawyer is willing to advocate for their worth. This means that the lawyer is willing to advocate for you in court. This also means that the lawyer is making really good money, which means that not only does the lawyer have a professional interest in your case, but he has a personal economic interest in your case. What I am saying holds true for any practice area. The difference between paying the right price and a cheap price for someone who really does not care about you or your case is negligible. In this case, as in all of our traffic ticket cases, our clients pay hundreds to save thousands. It's always worth it to hire the right lawyer at the right price.
