I was told that my speeding ticket would very likely be reduced to zero points and a nominal fine. While Michael was able to get me zero points, the fine ended up being 4x more than what he said was the highly likely outcome. I thought I was paying for a premium lawyer to get me a lower fine, but was... disappointed with both high legal fees and a 4x higher fine.

Michael represented me on two bogus cell phone while driving tickets given while stationary by officers walking up and down the street in literal standstill NYC traffic, at a single fee. While we did loose the first case (which can happen) he did get the case adjourned 18 months+ and helped out massi...vely and eliminated my points with a course. My second case, a case I critically needed to win, he was able to adjourn the case for a whopping 4 years (Nov 2017 to Dec 2021.) He then won the case outright. Michael is a no nonsense guy, he shoots straight which may come off as tough and abrasive to some, but that is literally exactly what you want in a NYC traffic attorney. No B.S. straight to the point, say this, do that, and we should be able to make a good case. etc. Michael also is the most responsive lawyer i’ve ever met. In my business career I work with lawyers all day, everyday at immense retainers and hourly fees. No one, and I mean no one, replied faster than Michael. An email after not talking for months, is responded to in minutes, often with a phone call. 1030 pm a day before christmas eve and he’s firing off emails, after doing so all day and reassuring me. I am glad I hired him and will continue to use him if I ever have a NYC / VT / CT ticket again, or a referral if I get a ticket in my home-state of NJ. Thanks again Mike and Attack that ticket ! - Jon
