Before meeting with Lila, I had my I-751 petition denied for a spouse not showing up for the interview appointment. We appealed the decision, and the appeal was denied also, that is when my best friend referred Ayer to us so I consulted her, but before that, we had already met with the immigration of...ficer through Infopass, but she disagreed vehemently instead she suggested our best bet should be to refile the petition again.
