I-751

I was filing to remove my conditional residence status and I hired Lila Ayers. She compiled supporting evidence that I did not thought of submitting. I was divorced and was filing individually. She was accessible via text messages, phone calls and emails. She is very pleasant and easy to work with. M...y application was approved because of her knowledge and expertise.

Lila did an amazing job of getting my parents into this country by helping me submit a visa application for them. She has helped me through the process of applying for a visa and then helped me throughout the rest of the process. She made a very complicated process into a very simple one with her hel...p. I was recommended to this lawyer through my brother who had some immigration issues of his own which she helped him resolve. Whether it’s your own issues with immigration or helping get your family over here, I would recommend her for any immigration case.

Appraisal

Before meeting with Lila, I had my I-751 petition denied for a spouse not showing up for the interview appointment. We appealed the decision, and the appeal was denied also, that is when my best friend referred Ayer to us so I consulted her, but before that, we had already met with the immigration of...ficer through Infopass, but she disagreed vehemently instead she suggested our best bet should be to refile the petition again. Now the payment, The arrangement was also flexible and manageable. One of the reasons they cited in the appeal denial was insufficient evidence so to resubmit the new I 751 she made us gather every necessary, and she meticulously examined every bit of them for those that need clarification, those that are questionable before sending the petition. She knows her work.
