Polite and knowledgeable
John is very polite and knowledgeable. My circumstance involved and out of state issue. Although he was not license in the state I needed he offered his help to locate an attorney that could help me.

Spoke with Mr. Mitchell briefly about my case
He was wonderful and compassionate. He answered my question regarding a very serious legal matter that has been bothering me for years. He came up with the answer to my question in 5 minutes while it took me 7 hours of research the night before. Mr. Mitchell was so kind and generous with his knowledge that he brought a certain peace over me. He was extremely patient with me. I will never forget the interaction I had with him this past weekend. Wish he could take my case! God bless you Mr. Mitchell!

Excellent Lawyer
John Mitchell is a great listener and can diagnose the legal issue,and make understandable to the lay person. . He is very experienced, and highly knowledgeable. He then goes on to run the traps and explain clearly the strategy that needs to be implemented. He guided us in a 2255 and refined the application, specified timelines that needed to be met to be in compliance. He has kept me abreast of the progress of the appeal and checked in to see if I was aware. He is also compassionate. He has helped me feel that we are not alone in the process. He is a super lawyer, I highly recommend him

An outstanding lawyer
John Mitchell is an unique combination of superlative legal skills, unassailable integrity and thorough, caring decency. Having been let down (a euphemism for dishonest, callous and shoddy professional behaviour) by a series of lawyers the serendipitous happenstance of coming across him was all the more appreciated. His knowledge of the law and advocacy are first rate, his integrity and dedication to the cause of his client are unsurpassable, and his compassion and fundamental decency would be rare in any stratum of society--let alone practitioners of law. Speaking from first hand experience, and having an international legal and business background of my own , I cannot recommend John Mitchell highly enough. Fortunate is the client who retains him.

Lawyer for my case Operation Iron Curtain
Excellent lawyer, John W. Mitchell Never quit for my freedom and that is why you hire a lawyer especially when you are facing a long prison term. He never let me down even when it was the worst of situations and I was a very hard and angry client to deal with. He gave me his best and actually cared about my life when the rest of the world did not care. Because of what he did for me he is a friend for life.
