Very pleased with my lawyer

I recently used Miss Ascher's services. I had a big tax problem with the IRS. They wanted to take my bank account for back taxes. Miss Ascher handled my problems and was reasonable with her fees. My assets were saved and she was able to help reduce my tax debt. She was really nice and calmed down... my fears and took allot of time to help me. I have a friend with a tax problem and I have recommended her to him. Thanks Miss Ascher.

Ms. Ascher was very helpful to me in resolving my tax problems. She was knowledgeable, diligent, and very responsive and very personable. She made herself available to meet with me to answer any tax questions that I had. I would surely recommend her and hire her again if I ever had a problem with ...the I.R.S.

Client Review

Alsmost never returns your calls. You must call at least 4-6 times before she "may" give you the courtesy of a return call. You meet with her in early February, only to have your taxes completed one week before April 15th. She always has some excuse why she never called or why the taxes were not r...eady sooner. The excuses are always relate to her personal life. She does not put her clients first at all.

Absolutely no help

Paid this attorney/cpa upfront, never called me or kept me informed, I guess that was because she never filed my taxes, never communicated to NY State Tax or IRS that she was my representative. Only way I found this out was was NY State garnished my salary.
