Indisputable Excellence!!!

I found Pete Weinman through avvo.com. I compared his profile here with those of several other attorneys. He stood out from the others in several ways: The thousands of legal answers, freely given to questions people had asked, attested to his helpfulness. The sheer number of positive client review...s reflected his empathy. He listens to you, and respects your wishes. The outstanding number of peer reviews by other attorneys indicate his integrity. When I met him I found him to be personable, focused, and very well-organized. When things go sideways, his guidance puts things back on track. During the process, there are times when nothing appears to be happening, because the work of the lender's, title search, etc. is all done behind the scenes. Pete keeps an eye on things and proactively gets in touch with the other side's attorney to keep things moving ahead. I've made use of his skills on two separate occasions, and have been quite pleased with the outcomes in both cases. Oh, and for the value he provided, I found his fee to be eminently reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Pete Weinman. I found him to be someone I trust; one I now consider to be a friend. Should you decide to call for a first meeting, do yourself a favor. Read the legal guide he's published here on avvo.com. It's a quick read but a useful one. It'll tell you what to bring with you. If you're like me, there will be one or more items on that list that hadn't occurred to you. It'll save you some time.

Les & T, Yours (the one that died and the 2nd) were overcomplicated by people who were unable or unwilling to follow the rules set forth in the respective contracts and expected you to bend or give in. You were right when you continually pointed out how nobody else seemed to have read the contracts or cared about what they had agreed to do - I shared your frustration. Not many of my clients have ever been willing to let a deal die over principal but you have integrity and drew a line in the sand that you actually enforced. I know that you always mean what you say and that's why I sincerely thank you for the kind review.

Great experience

Pete was a pleasure to work with. He handled our closing for our home in NJ. I honestly didnt have to worry about anything, this was by far the easiest and fastest closing I have been involved with. Pete was always available to talk, text or email whenever i had a question. I will be using Pete in th...e future and will be recommending him to anyone who needs a Lawyer.

Sold my home remotely

I was concerned about leaving for Florida and the sale of my home up in the air. Well that was not a worry with Peter Weinman working for me. He assured every “t” was crossed, every “i” was dotted. I sold my home remotely with no issues. Thank you Pete!

Diligent & Dedicated!

We first used Pete in 2012 for the purchase of our first home. He walked us through the process from start to finish flawlessly. Everything went smoother than expected thanks to him. We are now using Pete in the purchase of our new home and sale of our current home. Again, flawless and timely... work all around. If you want the job done right from a guy who gets it, go with Pete, you won't regret it. We'll never use another attorney for real estate matters, that's for sure.
