I should have written this review 6 years ago when I first reached out to Mr. Lepore for help. Six years ago my husband suffered an extremely debilitating stroke and I was devastated. We did not have a Will or any legal protection of any kind. Like most people who work hard and say they will take ca...re of it tomorrow, needless to say tomorrow never came. When I reached out to Lou he was very kind, understanding, and professional as he guided me through the process of developing a Trust, a Will and acquiring the medical care and medical services my husband needed. Not only did Louis hold my hand and guide me through the process he protected me and my husband every step of the way. I hired Mr. Lepore over 10 years ago. He suggested an asset protection plan for my dad. My mom had passed away and we were concerned that a nursing home might be able to go after the families nest egg if my dad needed care. Louis created an irrevocable trust and we worked with our Merrill financial a...dvisor and accountant to fund the trust with real estate and financial assets. Fast forward ten years later when my dad needs care. Mr. Lepore and his staff assisted me again and got my dad Medicaid eligibility now that he needs care. The family assets are protected and the state is paying the bill for his care. The bonus as well is all his prescription and other health care costs have been drastically reduced. Lou’s guidance was magnificent and his staff is awesome. I would highly recommend his services and his fees are reasonable considering what would happen if you didn’t hire such an awesome attorney.

Mr. Lepore is the definition of an excellent lawyer. My father passed away in 2019. My cousin, a local lawyer, who drafted my father's will, claimed he didn't remember he made it. Faced with obstruction, I did my research and found that Mr. Lepore is highly rated. I was not disappointed.
