Hired to help get rid of bad tenants. He gave my bad tenants extra time on my property. Failed to file pw in timely manner even though I enphasized with plenty of time, how important it was to get them out as fast as possible. Was supposed to file pw on Sep 1st but waited until Sep 7th. Does not re...turn calls when promised or at all. Does not respond to text messages and avoids answering a text regarding the case that could highlight his tardiness. Says one thing, then another after getting paid. Bad hire. You're better off filing your own paperwork.
