Background: Upon facing a civil manner with the State of New York between August and September earlier this year, I have had consulted with many other “top-rated” and “Best of Avvo” legal firms and lawyers - all of which used a lot of scare tactics, outlining comprehensive administrative plans, defer...ring scheduling of resolving manners to fit their busy schedules, and highly inflated consultation and matter fees. Jeff was straight-to-the-point, realistic, and provided complete resolution within 20 days of calling him. Jeff was very friendly to chat with, always available via text (even on weekends and during his wife’s birthday!). While I often felt anxious regarding the matters at hand, Jeff was able to ease my anxieties and press the matters highly effectively and efficiently well ahead of schedule. While the matter at hand was not very severe, Jeff was able to speak with the Assisting District Attorney and settle a resolution to the matters regarding a state-enforced protection order as quickly as he could. Best Choice Ever! He knows the law!

My first time dealing with a situation like this, I felt hopeless and helpless. I called over 45 attorneys throughout the NYC area seeking comfort and help, guess what? the first caller was hired! Words can't express my gratitude

After speaking with at least a dozen lawyers, some asking for at least $400 for a consultation and a minimum of 25k to get started, I spoke with Jeff who not only called me back asap after my initial contact, but provided an in depth consultation free of charge and laid out exactly what our options w...ere. Our issue was that my husband's concurrent sentences were entered into the BOP system as consecutive vs. concurrent. As a result, he was still being held many months after his sentenced actually ended. From November 2019 through February 2020, I had contacted everyone from the judge's office to probation to Grand Prairie and no one would help. I was given the run around by every single individual that I contacted. I was fortunate enough to find Jeff and connected with him the last week of February and within three weeks, my husband was released and at home. What makes Jeff so amazing is not just that he was able to obtain my husband's release, but he would phone and text me, sometimes even late into the evening, just to keep me in the loop on everything. Had I not come across Jeff, I am quite certain that my husband would still be locked up. In addition, the cost was more than reasonable and he even offered a variety of payment options. I am so grateful to have my husband home and especially thankful to have had Jeff as his attorney.
