Mr. Lento was hired for a Title IX case from the get-go in which he responded timely with appropriate information. The case was resolved with a decent outcome, albeit with the information given I believe it could have been dealt with decidedly better. After all the information was fully presented fr...om both sides, a reasonable outcome would be for the client to be abstained of anything which did not occur. I cannot entirely blame or put fault on Mr. Lento as most colleges if not all have very bias processes and individuals in Title IX offices.
