It was about 10 pm on a Friday night and I decided to ask some questions. To my surprise, it was a LIVE person. They were very responsive and caring. They listened to my questions and suggested I give the office a call to set up an apt. So I did just that. I called right after I chatted around 10:15 pm and to my surprise, a person answered the phone! I was shocked. I was only expecting to leave a message and get a call back on Monday. NOPE. In the midst of working with a previous attorney who could not help me win my custody case with CYS, the Mr. Lento stepped into my very complex case, asked questions as well as answered them and eventually won my kids back! Last year I had applied for my LTCF in Philadelphia and subsequently I was denied.
