He is honest and tells you what you can hope for as well as how things may go wrong. He is empathetic and obviously wants the best for his clients no matter what. He is always available at almost all hours of the day. He works extremely hard and he makes time for his clients. I have seen this stated before, but you do feel like his only client. You can tell he has a massive amount of experience with Title IX even from his consultation. Hiring Joe at the beginning of the process was a great decision on my end as he was able to help me put together my side of the story such that all complaints were dropped and I only needed to meet with school officials once before everything was dropped.
