I have known Barbie Leiber for many years, both personally and professionally. Five years ago, she helped us close on our first house. We came into Lieber & Lieber with a broken dream. Our first home purchase had become a nightmare. After 9 months, we were unable to obtain financing because of specifics in the contract. In the end, after almost a year of struggling to finally have a home, Barbie got us to closing. We have keys in our hands today because Barbie moved mountains for us. And as if that weren't enough Barbie was so friendly, nice, and caring. We felt that she genuinely wanted this for us just as much as we wanted it. Barbie protected us and made us feel secure after so many months of uncertainty. She was not only the best lawyer we've ever met, but also one of the best people.

Barbie helped us purchase our first condo in Long Island City. She steered us away from a place that had pending law suits. And helped us by the place that did not have any issues. We are very thankful for that. She made sure that we are buying a place that is financially sound. Barbie also h...elped to push our mortgage broker to finalize the closing faster than expected. We were able to close in just a month. Without her it would have taken much longer. As we are first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Barbie took the time to answer every one of them.
