Barbie Lieber actually cared about me as a person. She was upfront about the exact cost of her services from the VERY FIRST MEETING. No nickel-and-diming or hidden costs later on. This is incredibly important as money is probably the biggest factor for people hiring an attorney. Barbie was always acc...essible via phone or text message or email. She gave me financial advice to use in my personal life and she genuinely cared about my happiness. Her response time was an average of 1-2 hours, which is amazing since other attorneys force you to chase them for days. Barbie walked me through all the paperwork and she also coached me before my day in court so that we were able to have a successful bankruptcy hearing (341 meeting). I highly recommend Barbie Lieber if you ever decide to declare bankruptcy. At the 341 meeting, I saw many people that were there without any attorney. Since you can print out all the forms online for free. why spend the money on attorney at all? Well... those people without a lawyer got their bankruptcy petition denied, one after another! Either they were missing this form or that form or the court did not get the forms in advance or they gave strange answers at the hearing when the person acting as a judge grilled them or were just unprepared to be in court. Sitting in front of a trustee and having to verbally defend your bankruptcy petition (that is being recorded while under oath) is VERY different from just printing out a form online and filling it out at home. This is the same reason why you would not walk into court for a civil or criminal matter without an attorney. Just because you COULD do something by yourself does not mean that you SHOULD do something by yourself. Nothing is more expensive that a cheap/bad lawyer or non-existent representation. Stick with Barbie because she will actually save you a ton of money in the long run with having your bankruptcy actually go through successfully!

I would go with Barbie hands-down. She is not only extremely professional and sharp as all get-out but she's also really kind, warm, and compassionate which meant a lot to me. She even gave me extraneous legal advice! She stood up for me and was extremely thorough when we put together my case to make... sure we didn't miss any detail. She's wonderful.

I don't know how to say about Barbie, she is kind of honest attorney with high experience in the bankruptcy case. I was stuck of the debts and I have consulted Barbie for initial consultation .
