I searched the web and was happy to have found Barbie. She was walking out of her office to head home when I first called her and instead of telling me "to call back tomorrow, she's done for the day", she took my call and heard me out. I was the one who had to cut the call short and she told me to ...call her back in an hour if I was able to and she would finish hearing me out at her home, or I can call her back the next day. I chose to call her an hour later and she picked up and finished consulting with me.
