Bad experience period. Agressive on the phone, impatient and pushie. Kept saying how good she is and didn't answer questions and concerns in quiet and constructive way. Rather then making me feel comfortable and welcome she tried to scare and intimidate and painted a bleak picture of my situation. No...t someone I would recommend to anyone. In addition she was not willing to offer a sense of the cost that would be involved if she were hired to settle my case. There have to be better lawyers out there for sure.
