Concerned about my debt this past summer, I decided to go to a cookie cutter bankruptcy law firm for help. After a 30 minutes meeting, I decided to go with their services. After concerns that I would just be treated as a number and not a person by this law firm and upon the advice of a friend of ...mine, I went looking again for a different attorney. That is when I located Barbie. During my call with her, I was impressed immediately by her professionalism and care. Her tone of voice was calm and assuring. When the call was completed, I knew in my heart that I located the right attorney. Barbie expertly guided me through every phase of my case, always on top of every single detail. Because Barbie thoroughly prepared me, I was not surprised by any of the trustee's questions. Towards the end came a very important question relating to my side business. When I began to answer, Barbie very professionally interrupted and told the trustee how that question was already answered and that the documents were there to prove it. (As I indicated above, , Barbie had the foresight at our initial meeting to have me prepare this documetation that she knew might become critical at the 341 meeting.) Soon after that no more questions were asked and the case was closed. I love this lady. She cares so much for her clients. She stayed with me every minute even the night before the 341 meeting when she called me to review the questions while she was walking her dogs. She is trustworthy and always available.
