I cannot recommend Barbie enough! She was very thorough in questioning us at the start of our process to make sure we filed for the best option possible. She prepared us before our 341 meeting, constantly made herself available for questions on the whole process and put us at ease during this diffi...cult and sometimes scary process. When choosing a chapter 13 attorney you have to keep in mind that you will be in relationship and in contact for 3 to 5 years as this is the typical length of a chapter 13 plan.
