About me

We don't shop bands or artists to labels or publishers.  Every client pays an initial retainer.  I am a very practical, hard working lawyer who is tenacious and effective.  My clients think of me as a businessman with a law degree. Creative people challenge me in a different way than business people.  Since I work with both, every day, I get to enjoy what I do every single day.  I'm blessed with a happy, warm, funny family and a very full life.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Marc for close to 30 years. He has extensive knowledge of the law, fights hard for his clients, and treats those whom he represents with respect. Plus he has outstanding writing skills. Marc's a terrific lawyer and I endorse him wholeheartedly. Bruce Levinson
