A commercial star

I have worked with Alex on a number of commercial matters and have always found him to be committed, responsive, intelligent and innovative in the representation of his clients. He will always look for another way to achieve the desired result and will not stop at the easy answer. He digs in and doe...s whatever it takes to advise and assist his clients in forming and growing their businesses. In the commercial arena, you need look no further.

Excellent lawyer for my real estate sale

Alex is fantastic and I highly recommend him if you're looking for a law firm to handle your real estate transaction. Even though I had some some challenges selling my parents' home, Alex provided clear, and sound solutions during the initial consultation. I felt very confident working with him fr...om the very beginning. The responsiveness from him and his team (Jamie, paralegal) is amazing - super quick, within minutes especially via email. I also appreciate how he prefers to work electronically and with technology (where possible). Alex walked me through the closing process - it wasn't the typical close because it was during the coronavirus pandemic and a creative way to meet while practicing social distancing had to be found. Reliable, knowledgeable, courteous, ethical, prompt, and modern. When we're ready to purchase a new place, I won't hesitate to contact Alex again.

Proactive, Responsive and Honest

Alex and his team are very professional and responsive. I needed advice regarding the sale of my property occupied by family members. I wasn't even sure of what to ask but he broke it down to steps for me and created an action plan that I can follow. The best thing about Alex is that he is very hones...t and sincere, definitely not materialistic and cares about his clients. Highly recommended!

Excellent Attorney

If you are trying to find a reputable, trust worthy attorney who pays attention to detail and always has your best interest at hart than I would highly recommend Alexander. He made a very difficult situation for me into something very manageable and I wouldn't have known what to do without him.

What an outstanidng firm!

I used this firm and more specifically worked with Alexander Paykin for a real estate deal in New York City. I contacted and interviewed several firms before I decided to work with them. My experience with them could not have been more gratifying. And I could not have asked for anything better ...or more. The firm was OUTSTANDING. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, always accessible (I even had their cell phones and they responded almost instantly), customer focused and always took time to explain the smallest detail in lay man's terms to me. I also used Mr. Paykin for a rental dispute. He walked me through the pros and cons and assisted me to come to a very amicable and business decision bringing it to a conducive resolution and to my complete satisfaction.
