I posted a general question asking how to go about contesting/revoking a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge that was granted to my ex-husband for in excess of $130K. My ex falsified a ton of information, even to the point of fabricating additional children, other ex-spouses, alimony, tuition, car paymen...ts, you name it. I am in disbelief that this type of crime was allowed to be permitted with zero investigation by the Trustee!
