Best immigration attorney in NYC!
We chose Michael as our attorney after we consulted over 10 lawyers in NYC. Our H1B case is very complicated, nearly none of the lawyers we went to have done similar cases before and there are a lot of difficulties during the preparation. We have prepared for the worst situation, but Michael got the visa done successfully even without RFE. The result is absolutely beyond our expectations, and we would recommend him for any immigration cases.

I-485 adjustment of of status
Michael helped me to file I-485 to get Green Card. Needless to say about his experience and knowledge, he is calm and personable. It made stressful process much easier. I got a lot of information through internet article, but in the end what Michael said was correct. I recommend him highly.

Excellent immigration lawyer
I discussed with Michael in February 2020 my options to get a permanent residency without asking for support from an employer. He evaluated my case and recommended an application for EB1A as a self-petitioner. Within a month Michael had prepared the petition with extensive documentation about my personal and professional achievements. He filed the petition with Premium Processing and also concurrently my I-485 / EAD / Advanced Parole. Within 11 days my case was approved without any RFE. This was only possible because he is extremely experienced and knows exactly which documentation needs to be compiled in order to avoid RFEs. Additionally, Michael is extraordinarily organized and communicates very efficiently and clear what made the collaboration a real pleasure. Thank you very much Michael for your services! I highly recommend Michael for any immigration-related issue.
