My experience was as fine as filing a divorce could be. They explained exactly what information was needed from us, and took care of the filing and communications with the court. My only hesitation to recommend to others is that the timeline provided was misleading (we were told 6 months to finalize... and it has been almost 11 months), but it is possible that the delay is the courts fault and that would have been the case with any lawyer.

I requested and paid for an expedited divorce. The process was relatively easy, though I had already prepared all of the necessary information. I was frustrated at the lack of communication from start to finish. Once submitted, I got radio silence even when I'd been told to expect something in a ce...rtain time period. Eventually, I found out that they had made an error in the filing and I had to scramble to make a correction. Upon submitting the correction--radio silence. Now, I'm submitting a review after being prompted to do so in order to get my "free" divorce certificate that I thought I'd already paid nearly $1500 for but apparently wasn't included in the package.

The marriage was rare because we never lived together. We just never got to that step where we have our own underneath the same roof. I've been trying to get an agreeable settlement on paper for years. It seemed like my ex just would not cooperate which is exactly why we needed a divorce in the first... place. After detailed consultation, I decided to use this firm for a speedy divorce. I was told that they had a 30 day expedited process at an additional charge of $250. I paid the extra and sent in the paperwork that was to be notarized. After that, I was then told that 30 days means 30 business days.I sta...rted this process on Sept 9th.Today is October 31.I still dont have a copy of my divorce judgement in hand. I have just been informed that it will take 3-4 weeks to process that document and get it to me. Plus, I have to now pay extra $25 to get even 1 court verified copy for my records.Only an email copy that would be provided, ootherwise. I am happy that the process is almost complete but I wish I had recieved information about all these extra details and costs at the time of my consultation.

If an assistant didn't know the answer to a question they'd put me in contact with someone who had the answers that I was loo...king for. I never had an issue with being able to speak directly with an attorney. All promises of return call were fulfilled in a timely manner.
