I found Daniel Yaniv after speaking with another uncontested divorce lawyer I was not quite sure about. I wanted to be sure I chose the right lawyer for my divorce, and although at first I was hesitant to choose one of the top ranking search results, I thought I'd make a call and see how it goes. Mu...ch to my surprise (and relief) as soon as I called I was connected to Daniel who answered all of my initial questions. He is extremely knowledgable, and gave me an option to expedite my case (which the first lawyer I'd spoken to did not know about, simply stating it would take about 6-8 months or so; note this other lawyer I spoke with is not affiliated with Yaniv & Assoc.), which was really what I needed. I checked about some reviews online which Daniel pointed me to, and I felt confident in my decision to have his firm work on my divorce. Follow up from there was always extremely prompt and thorough, and Daniel even answered some of my emails over the weekend.
