I ran into difficulties finding a lawyer that ha both Wisconsin and New York license to handle my case as I now live in Wisconsin. I was recommended to contact Yaniv & Associates. I called the number and was attended to by a very pleasant associate by name Brittany. She listened to my case and assure...d me I have a strong case but never made promises. Once we understood the ground for my divorce, she sent me forms to fill out and sign. Once that was done, I made the payment and she scheduled a meeting in a timely manner with the lawyer for me to review my case. Once that that was done, another phone call meeting was scheduled for me with a paralegal against that also reviewed the formed I submitted for corrections and clarification. A notary service was arranged for me so that I don’t need to be physically present to motorize my documents. That was a top-notch service.Once everything was done, I was assured it’ll take between 1-2 months since I opted for the expedited. I believe I got the mail of the granted judgment in less than a month. I am so impressed by the thoroughness and promptness to which the office handled my case even when I was not physically present. I also like the office staff for their cordiality and respect especially Brittany. I was also promptly notified as soon as the judgement was granted.
