I recommend calling them instead of filling out the inquiry form via their website, because they didn't receive my online inquiry form. Either way, once I got in touch with their paralegal, they quickly started the process with general inquiry, filling out information via their online portal, calls with the lawyer to make sure they got all the necessary info to submit all the paperwork. Everything was virtual, even the notary process to sign the final paperwork (I was done with notary in 5mins). One month after calling them, my divorce is granted (uncontested, no kids & no joint property). Unexpectedly fast with the expedite add-on fee. The team at Yaniv & Associates were amazing! From the initial consultation with Daniel through the preparing of the documents and getting them signed I was in good hands. I thought my divorce would have been quick and easy, since it was uncontested and I already had court documents regarding our chil...d, however, my ex had several concerns throughout the process and so I was constantly calling and/or emailing the office.
