All I would like to add is, I had the be the person calling to find out the status of my case. When I did, the reply would be we will email you this minute etc..

My case lasted a little over a year; maybe it's the system maybe it's the system. However everything has been taken care off and I did not have to do anything pretty much. Thank you Yaniv & Associates.
