I called Daniel Yaniv a few months ago. I explained my situation and was pleasantly surprised that he was very easy to speak with and very knowledgeable . He explained the process to me and made sure I understood the details. He had patience with any questions and was very thorough. His assistants we...re helpful and courteous.
