I approached Daniel with my complicated divorce case in January 2015. I was unsure of the steps involved as both my ex-spouse and I were non-US aliens (Canadian citizens), we were both incommunicado, and I had relocated to New York after our separation but she had since moved back to India. We had si...gned a separation aggreement in Canada, which though legal in Canada was not completely compliant with New York regulation. Daniel advised me through the process and explained all the technicalities throughout the proceedings. He was available for feedback and consultation whenever required. In case of his abscence, his assistants were knowledgeable about the case and could advice me of the progress. As a newly divorcee the process scared me however I was recommended by a friend how fast and efficent Yaniv are. And let me say they did an incredible job. They handled everything from start to finish.
