I contacted Yaniv & Associates by email and got a prompt phone reply. I spoke with a lawyer (not a paralegal like others I was considering). He was helpful, pleasant, efficient and clear--all things that I needed to make this as painless as possible. A paralegal followed up and was also pleasant ...and helpful. I was always able to speak to someone right away who could answer questions. They got me the paperwork by email on the day they said they would and as soon as I sent it back it was filed.
