Ways Daniel was an amazing helper in a horrible time: -Daniel answered all of my questions in detail over the phone. He didn't hand me off to anyone. When I had a follow up question, he either answered me ASAP or arranged a phone call. -You don't pay Daniel for every minute of his time, but in...stead pay a flat rate. This makes the above even more impressive. -When I spoke with other attorneys, they said "no" to things I knew I could pursue because the odds of winning were small and they didn't want to waste their time on me, in spite of being paid. When I asked about these with Daniel, he told me the chance of success was low but said he'd pursue it if I wanted. Later, as we were moving into the final steps, I hadn't brought it up since our original call, he reminded me and asked whether he should include the additional claim. I let it go, but boy did I appreciate that a) he was willing to pursue claims other attorneys weren't, and b) he remembered everything I said and kept track of it, even reminding me of a claim he likely did not want to pursue. -Daniel is very ethical. He made very clear to me that I was his client, not my husband, and that my husband should get his own representation. When he reviewed our agreement with us both, he again let me husband know he should have his own attorney just to ensure he is treated fairly. I really appreciate an ethical lawyer. When you're going through a tumultuous time, you really don't want to finally move past something only to have it fought over again later, bringing everything up again. Daniel was great about checking off every box to ensure neither of us would make a misstep and end up in divorce court for multiple years. -Daniel called me to go over my settlement in detail to check that every single item was correct. -I let Daniel know that I wanted my new address kept secret from my ex-husband (I was afraid of him). This meant that Daniel had to navigate both keeping court documents correct, hidden from my husband, the ensuing legal requirements of this, and sending my copies to my true address. I'm sure it was a pain in the butt, but you know what? He never messed up once. Thanks, Daniel. You made a scared girl feel safe. -I would use Daniel again, but hopefully I won't be getting divorced again ;)

Just months ago, we were not sure how to do the divorce process by ourselves. My husband and I were able to contact Yaniv & Associates and they got back to us very quickly. We live further away from his office, so everything was done through email and phone correspondence. So much easier than any law...yer that I had contacted before, and their paralegals were always a call away to answer our questions/concerns.
